All candidates must demonstrate strong, versatile copywriting skills, good organisational and project management skills. They will have the ability to multi-task and re-prioritise as needed, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We are a fast-paced agency, so the ability to work in busy environments is vital. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and detail-minded, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Salary £35,000-£45,000 + benefits
We are looking for a senior client manager with experience of working across communications disciplines, preferably in an agency, although all experienced candidates will be considered.
Senior client managers support the wider team in outstanding client service and delivery. They are responsible for leading workstreams day to day, or for specific client deliverables.
As a core team member, they offer analysis, evaluation and develop strategies for clients and the agency. They are talented at writing communications strategies and proposals, making recommendations based on desired outcomes, as well as building strong relationships with clients and partners.
The role will suit an individual with solid client management experience, exceptional project management and project delivery skills.
They should be experienced in at least one of the areas of specialism from our service offerings, and capable of delivering this independently, and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in planning and delivering effective corporate, public affairs and media communication strategies and campaigns, including organising media interviews and other opportunities
- Results driven, focusing on personal and agency impact at all times, delivering excellent client service
- Well versed in political and social issues, and able to offer context and counsel on communication strategies, tactics and outputs, developing an ongoing understanding of industry and corporate themes, trends, as well as corporate reputation drivers.
- Strategically minded, designing short and long-term campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future work.

What to expect
Our interns have the opportunity to work across a range of clients, projects and services. No day is the same but typical responsibilities include research, drafting briefings and analysis notes and supporting client teams.
I have learned so much from the wide range of experts here and it has been wonderful to see their friendly faces (on Zoom) every day. The creative license and the level of responsibility you are given from day one is rare for an entry-level position, as is the daily contact with senior and founding partners. If you enjoy writing, researching, planning, and thinking big, I can’t recommend it enough.
