Bringing people together and making long-lasting connections is at the heart of everything we do.
We kicked off the Charlotte Street Partners Future Leaders’ Network in 2023 in response to feedback that – in a post-pandemic, hybrid working world – there weren’t enough opportunities for rising PR, policy and public affairs professionals in Scotland to build helpful connections and develop key skills in a more informal setting.
The Network
The Future Leaders’ Network is made up of communications, policy and public affairs professionals from a wide range of sectors – across those working in house or government, and in agencies. The network is open to anyone who is looking to add to their professional connections, build new skills and gain new insights.
The Events
Our recent events have featured interesting conversations with media and political figures on a range of topics including: the role of special advisers in the Scottish Government, AI in the workplace, and ‘inside the newsroom’ – going behind the scenes with STV.
The membership of the network has grown and grown, as have the relationships established between those attending our events.
