As the finance manager at Charlotte Street Partners, I look after our day-to-day financial operations and help ensure the business runs smoothly. My role includes managing budgets, supporting planning and keeping our processes clear and organised so our team can focus on delivering the best possible work for our clients.
Before joining Charlotte Street Partners, I worked in both financial services and the third sector, experiences that helped me develop a balanced and practical approach to managing finances. I try to bring that perspective to my work each day, supporting the team and helping things run as smoothly as possible.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my young family, practising yoga, reading and walking.
