I joined the team at Charlotte Street Partners in November 2023 – following a path that’s taken me to unexpected places over the past decade, including an initial career as a broadcast news producer back in the US during some politically transformative years.
That initial experience of being embedded in a rapidly changing communicative landscape has stayed with me since. After moving to Scotland a few years ago, I focused my master’s research on political communication and disruptive forms of media narratives that have become rooted in much of our modern politics.
Now, as a client manager, I’ve aimed to harness my professional background to help our clients make a tangible impact through their own authentic voices. I find it satisfying to see the initial seeds of an idea become a fully fledged strategic communications plan.
Outside of the office, I enjoy being amongst the great communities that make up Edinburgh – popping into small music venues or enjoying the great bits of nature right at our doorstep and up into the Highlands. It’s a fantastic place to be.
